This winter can't end soon enough. The last storm brought the east bench by the university like 8" of snow on friday. I was super irritated! Trying to keep positive we bundled up after picking Kaylie up from school, and headed out to play in the snow. Itty bitty is even acclimating to horrid weather, and was quite happy the entire time we were out.
Kaylie and James were happy that their stick in the snow mom took them out to play.
I couldn't really help make a snowman with Lyds stuck to the front of me,
so I told them to make snow angels...
And we made a face on the snow angel!
We ended up having a great outing,
and even got a pretty dang good self-portrait to document the afternoon.
(Nevermind the fact that I don't have makeup on...
that was part of my protest of the snowy day.)

Hey, I guess I can't complain down here to much...but we have had tons and tons of rain this winter...so muddy and gray and just awful. We will be driving up that way Thursday..Dean and I were going to call and see if there are any fun cheap places to take the kids...Haldeen will be at work Friday so we wanted to take the kids to do something fun...any ideas? Also dean and I are going out Sat because our anniversary is sunday so maybe we will stop by. We will call.
I hate snow...particularly in march. Actually, lets make it anytime after New Years.
