Yes it burned and was quite thick in places. Some of the most thick areas pealed off rather easy. The Best news is hand lotion! My sister and I jumped on the internet and found lotion as a remedy. I a couple pea size applications and rubbed it in well and then washed my hands. They were perfectly clean with no horrible post super glue feeling.

wow. I can't believe the bottle exploded like that. I'm glad you were able to get it off without gluing yourself to anything!
oh my goodness!! it's a good thing you found a quick cure that looks like it would have been painful! i'm glad you found a cure now i know what to do next time I get some on me.

I have had a similar experience without the lotion remedy! My hands looked ridiculous for a couple days and it didn't feel so good. I'm glad you were smarter than me!
