Today the four of us braved the zoo. And I swear it was the coldest 40 degrees I have ever experienced in my life! That being said, we had a great time. It wasn't very crowded and we saw almost everything. James, like many other boys I suppose, loves animals and enjoyed every minute of the trip. He seems to have a particular interest for the giraffes (funny... just like his mama). November 28th, 2007 the Hogle Zoo had a baby giraffe born. We spent a good 15 minutes in the giraffe house, that may have been because it was warm inside, but also because James was so engrossed by the creatures. I am so excited to take James more when its at least 20 degrees warmer.
It is here that truth is learned, that integrity is cultivated, that self-discipline is instilled, and that love is nurtured. -Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley

Someday SpRinG will come...
Until then we have had a great time this week chasing the winter blues away! On Wednesday the kids and I met some other mommies and kids at Bouncin' Off the Walls for Mom -n- Me play time. We had a blast with all of the huge inflatable toys! I got more of a work out than I expected and on the same note James had more fun than I expected.
